Our methodology included Contextual Enquiries, User Profiles, User Scenarios, Decision Diagrams, Sitemaps and Wireframes, ensuring a clear understanding of the business and user requirements.

In 2003 the Addictive Media team was Highly Commended at the AIMIA Awards for the development of the Rosebank Engineering website. The advance of web technology over the last years allowed us to redevelop the site in 2005/2006 into a sophisticated e-commerce system, utilising an advanced Content Management System to allow staff members to quickly and easily maintain content, create new sections and automatically upload an unlimited number of products into the shopping cart.

The new Content Management System allows Rosebank staff members to:

Our development team followed strict Addictive Media procedures to ensure the website complies with Web Standards and Accessibility guidelines. Senior consultants have conducted multiple iterations of accessibility tests throughout the development phase of the Rosebank website. The tests were based on official accessibility guidelines as well as drawing from our experiences of one-on-one sessions with disabled users.
