Improving Accessibility through Usability

In 2004 RMIT TestLab and Addictive Media were invited by the Department of Human Services to conduct a usability test on the "Disability Online" website. The following presentation for OZeWAI 2004 provides an overview of the results and recommendations of the testing, specifically in regards to the improvement of accessibility through application of usability standards.
